Danielle Walker Cookbooks
I LOVE Danielle Walker's cookbooks! I have every one and use them several times each week. Her newest one, Make it Easy, is quickly becoming a favorite. Celebrations is a must have for any and every holiday meal that you would like to make gluten and dairy free. Click the titles above to see them on Amazon. (As of 10/17/24, the Celebrations cookbook is on sale for $14.95, it might not be on sale when you click the link).
Lodge Cast Iron Skillet

We use our cast iron skillet almost every day. It takes longer to heat up, but it cooks evenly and is free of PFOA & PTFE material. Click here to see it on Amazon
Berkey Shower Filter

One of the first changes we have made since Tom's cancer diagnosis was getting this Berkey shower filter for our shower. It filters out up to 95% of chlorine, removes or reduces hydrogen sulfide, microorganisms, scale, and water-soluble heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and iron, kills bacteria and inhibits the growth of bacteria, algae, and fungi, reduces limescale, mold, and fungi in the shower, and lasts for 10,000 gallons or one year (amazon description). Click here to see on Amazon.
AiresTech EMF Blocker

As we continue to learn more and more about the negative effects of Electromagnetic Fields, AiresTech has EMF blockers for rooms (Lifetune Zone Max, shown in picture) and for your devices (we each have the Lifetune One on our phones). I am not an affiliate of AiresTech (yet), but highly recommend their products. Click here to go to their website.
Homenote Sous Vide Container

Until we bought this, we just used a stock pot for the sous vide. This one is nice because it has a rack to separate the meat if you are doing smaller things like chicken breasts or smaller steaks, so the water gets all the way around each piece. Click here to see on Amazon.
Nova Sous Vide

If you have not used a sous vide, you are missing out! You put meat, sealed in a bag, into a container with water and the sous vide heats the water and cooks the meat to the temperature you set. When you are ready, take it out, and sear it to finish it off. Easy and delicious! Click here to see on Amazon.
